To set up your account and arrange connection, we need at least 3 business days’ notice. Please note:

  • Connection Services: Fees may apply if connection services are required. Connections take place after 7 am on weekdays only (no weekends or public holidays).
  • New Connections: If you need a new meter, please contact our team to arrange installation.

For Tenants in Shopping Centres
We may need to confirm your move-in date with Centre Management to ensure a smooth setup.
