  1. The Exempt Retailer, its related bodies corporate, contractors, and suppliers to provide and manage our services.
  2. The embedded network owner (landlord) for the operation and management of the embedded network, in accordance with our Consent to Information Sharing clause.
  3. Regulatory authorities, market operators, or third parties where disclosure is required by law.
  4. Service providers assisting in business functions such as billing, customer service, and technical support.

We do not sell or provide your personal information to external organisations for marketing purposes.

Storage and Security of your Personal Information 

Energy Intelligence takes reasonable steps to protect personal information from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, disclosure, or alteration. Personal information is securely stored in electronic databases, protected by appropriate security measures.
