We are pleased to inform you that Energy Intelligence, on behalf of Sun City Body Corporate, manages the embedded electricity network services at the building where your premises is located. Below is all the information you will require including the Energy Rates which are located in the Price Fact Sheet. To sign up to the embedded network, you can complete the Energy Supply Offer online (sign up button below) or download the form below and send it via email or fax.
We require at least 1 business days’ notice for power connection. If you require power earlier, please contact us on 1300 277 233 after you have completed the energy supply agreement – additional fees will apply. These fees are set by the exempt distributor and are subject to change.
STANDARD - Requires notification one business day PRIOR to the request for re-energisation.
SAME DAY - This is if a meter reconnection request is received before 2pm on the same business day.
DISCONNECTION - Requires notification two business days PRIOR to the request for disconnection.

Concession Card Holders
Concession card holders are eligible for an electricity rebate. To access the rebates, we will require the Queensland Government Electricity Rebate Form (download here) completed. This form requires details about your concession card number and type. Once completed, submit your form to Energy Intelligence with a copy of your Concession Card. We cannot apply a concession rebate on your electricity bills until we receive the completed information.
To be eligible, you need to hold one of the below cards.
- Pensioner Concession Card
- Department of Veterans’ Affairs Gold Card
- Queensland Seniors Card
- Commonwealth Health Care Card
- Asylum Seeker Status – ImmiCard
Moving Out?
