The difference between Off-Market and On-Market

An Off-Market customer purchases electricity from the embedded network.
 
 An On-Market customer purchases their electricity from a retailer of their own choice. Not through the on-seller (also known as the Exempt Retailer). Their electricity will still be supplied through the Embedded Network.
